What We Offer

Experiences designed for teams, retreats, and gatherings.

Each engagement is shaped to the audience and setting — from a 20-minute morning reset to a multi-hour retreat anchor. Always grounded, never performative.

01

Corporate Wellness Sessions

Morning reset experiences and team wellbeing programming integrated into offsites, all-hands gatherings, and leadership events.

02

Retreat & Conference Anchoring

Opening and closing rituals that frame a gathering with intention, or extended sessions that serve as the centerpiece of a retreat.

03

Guided Sound Meditation

Immersive sonic environments combining handpan, voice, and violin with structured breathwork and reflective practice.

04

Mindfulness Through Music

Accessible, secular programming that uses live sound as a vehicle for presence — no prior meditation experience required.

  • ivSpace for reflection and creative openness
  • vA shared experience teams genuinely remember
The Experience

A thirty-minute arc.

A typical session moves from arrival into immersion and back into integration. The structure is flexible — sessions can be expanded or compressed based on the setting.

0 – 3 min

Arrival & Grounding

Soft ambient handpan welcomes the room. A gentle invitation to slow down, settle in, and notice the breath.

3 – 7 min

Guided Breathwork

Accessible breathing practice — slow paced or coherent breathing — supported by a quiet handpan pulse beneath.

7 – 12 min

Reflection & Intention

A brief guided mindfulness moment around presence, gratitude, or clarity — short and applicable, not preachy.

12 – 18 min

Immersive Musical Journey

Voice, violin, and handpan open up. Minimal speaking. This is the emotional center of the experience.

18 – 22 min

Optional Participation

A simple shared phrase, hum, or gentle call-and-response. Entirely optional, never put participants on the spot.

22 – 27 min

Integration & Sound Meditation

A return to stillness. Longer tones, slower pacing, minimal instruction — space to absorb.

27 – 30 min

Closing

One final breath, one intention. An invitation to carry the sense of presence into the rest of the day.
