Ship us your handpan and it will be retuned by a world-class handpan builder trusted across the handpan community, with experience on instruments from makers around the world. Your pan comes back in tune, with fully insured return shipping included in the price.

How it works

1. Book your spot. Purchase this listing to reserve tuning for one instrument on the next scheduled tuning date.
2. Ship it insured. Pack your handpan securely and ship it to the address we send you after checkout. Your shipment must be fully insured for the value of the instrument. Outbound shipping to us is not included in this price.
3. Send us your tracking number. Email it to info@thesoundartist.com as soon as your instrument ships so we can track it and confirm safe arrival.
4. Tuned and returned. Your handpan is tuned on the scheduled date and shipped back to you within one week — fully insured, return shipping on us.

Shipping deadlines — please read

• Your instrument must arrive at least one week before the scheduled tuning date.
• If it arrives after the deadline, it will be held for the next scheduled tuning date, or returned at your shipping cost — your choice.
• We recommend shipping early. We'll keep your instrument safe until tuning day.

Good to know

• This listing covers one instrument. Tuning multiple pans? Add one to your cart for each.
• If your instrument arrives with structural damage — a dent in a tone field or a crack in the rim — standard tuning may not be enough. We'll contact you with a direct quote for a more intensive repair, or return your instrument with a full refund if you'd rather work with its original builder.
