Tuned by a professional tuner
Every instrument is tuned by a world-class handpan builder who has worked on instruments from makers across the world and advised other builders on their craft. Your handpan comes back in tune, in trusted hands.
A note on damage: if your instrument arrives with structural damage — a dent in a tone field, a crack in the rim — standard tuning may not be enough. We'll contact you with a direct quote for a more intensive repair, or return your instrument and refund your payment if you'd rather work with its original builder. Missed the deadline? Instruments that arrive less than a week before a tuning date are held for the next scheduled session, or returned at the owner's shipping cost.
